A company active in the telecommunications infrastructure sector is seeking a Field Technician to support and implement fiber optic (FTTH) projects in Chalkida and the wider Evia region.
Responsibilities
- Execution of LLU assignments (copper line checks, activations/restorations)
- FTTH installation tasks (drop cable installation, optical fiber terminations/splicing, ONT/CPE setup, GPON activations)
- Power Meter measurements and basic documentation (photos/logs)
- Communication with the coordination center and adherence to SLA requirements
- Participation in on-call shifts when required
Required Qualifications
- Compliance with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) regulations and basic Health & Safety certifications (preferred advantage)
- Good use of smartphone/apps for task management and reporting
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
